Kuehrointhuette in Berchtesgaden

Extremely rustic hut. We passed here after climbing the Rinnkendlsteig. Delicious food and good beer. We'll definitely be back.

We ended up here on the Grünstein Archenkanzel hike. The goulash soup is very tasty. You could sit outside in the sunshine, unfortunately many tables and benches had not been cleared of snow. With Corona, you can't just sit down at a small table. It's a shame, badly prepared for the big rush.

Beautifully located and still wonderfully sunny even in late autumn.

Unfortunately the hut was closed when we arrived, but we were allowed to use the toilet again.

Always beautiful, today via Königssee, Grünstein, Kühroint and the other way back to Königssee. A nice tour away from your front door

Very beautiful alpine hut with a fantastic view of the Watzmann and the Watzmannhaus. Despite Corona, everything was very well organized. The food was very good and the prices reasonable. A hike to the Alm is definitely worthwhile

Easily accessible, nice alpine hut with friendly staff and a great view of the Watzmann. The ark pulpit is also not far away. The goulash soup was very tasty and reasonably priced. In any case, the portion was enough for me, even though I wanted to eat another cake.

Very nice hut, delicious food, ok in terms of price, organized even in Corona times! The ascent from the ice arena is a bit steep, therefore more for people with a bit of stamina and practice!

Lots of seats with a great view. Self-service is the order of the day here. But a very good system. When you order food you get a pipper. As soon as the meal is ready, the device makes itself felt. So there are no long queues at the food counter. Top

Always worth a visit with a view of the Watzmann. The first time by bike. Admittedly, with the pedelec it was easier than expected.

The Kührointhütte is exactly in the right place, it is cozy and inviting. Before the harder part of the climb to the Watzmannhaus comes, this is exactly the right time to take a break. You can linger here with snacks and cool drinks. The staff is very friendly and happy to answer you.

Good hut with quick service. Delicious soups. Good corona concept. Quite full on good weather days at peak times. Recommendable!

Unfriendly staff who address customers indignantly without need, company geared towards mass processing. Food okay, but not great. And when asked if there is something warm, it’s not warm until 11am, 2 minutes before only white sausages ... And you also get crazy beeps. All in all - no, next time better to one of the other two huts! You don't need it anymore, I've never seen it like this on the mountain!

Dinner was delicious and sufficient. Breakfast very tasty, with cereals, fruit, sausage and cheese, bread selection. Staff very, very friendly. Room in the warehouse. Good mattress. Slept very well.

Super nice view, very nice chalet. We were there but unfortunately in the rain. can When we asked the operator if we sat in, we were told that it'm just out there. All visitors after us were able to sit down. It was very strange. But otherwise we were there to access it.

Great serene place, near beautiful view point. Fairly tough walk to get there, but great to have a beer with a view of the Watzmann

The Kührointhütte can be found at an altitude of 1420 meters. You have a wonderful view of great weather on the Watzmann. You can fortify yourself with refreshing drinks and delicious regional dishes. An overnight stay is also offered in the alpine hut. (currently due to Corona but only with prior reservation).

Absolutely worthwhile visit on the way to the Watzmann and just for hiking.

A good bit more expensive than most Alpine huts. Food okay but overpriced. Toilets very smelly

Very disappointed about quality of the products in Brotzeit. We live in Berchtesgaden and we are used to another level of quality: bad dry bread and poor quality industrial speck and „berg“ cheese. Sooo Schade.....

Super great and well-kept Alm. Animals are kept well. There is enough space there. Toilets are clean. Cake was delicious! Staff very friendly and helpful. The 2nd time there and can't complain about anything. The way to get there is not without if you are not trained;)

A really great alpine hut with very nice girls, who do a great job. Down to earth and warm. The dinner was delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was well arranged, but quite adequate. Gladly again!
